How does sizing work across different brands?
You give us your child's current sizes once. We map those measurements to each brand's own size ladder, account for how the label runs, and recommend the size we believe will fit now with sensible room to grow.
Am I expected to buy everything?
No. An edit is a considered shortlist, not a box or an order. Save what you like, pass on what you don't, and buy only the pieces that feel right.
Where do the clothes come from?
Every item comes directly from the brand or retailer shown. Pili doesn't hold stock, ship orders or mark up the clothes — you pay each retailer's listed price at their own checkout.
What if something doesn't fit?
Returns and exchanges are handled by the retailer you bought from, under that retailer's policy. We keep learning from your feedback so the next size recommendation is better.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Monthly membership can be cancelled any time. Annual membership is paid up front and continues until the end of the year you've paid for.
Do siblings cost extra?
No. One Pili membership covers every child in your family.
